Mr. Chengfeng Yu became the new General Manager in the Shanghai Office this April. We interviewed why he entered our company and his views on the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Yu<\/strong><\/span>
From Hubei Province, China. After graduating from university, his first career was the development engineering of digital cameras. He later worked in a material manufacturer, which its business partner was Mitsui Chemicals and other Japanese manufacturers. As a technical salesman, he expanded the Chinese markets of various material products, such as semiconductors, LCDs, resins, and non-woven fabrics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Yu’s Career<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When I was a new graduate, I engaged in the development of a digital camera at the Chinese base of a Japanese electronics manufacturer. I built up the base of my career there as a technical sales, by importing technologies developed in Japan to the Chinese production base and creating a mass production system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later, I worked for the Japanese semiconductor and LCD manufacturer to expand its sales in China. I increased the annual sales by 40 times<\/strong> and was awarded from the company’s main office in Japan. Furthermore, I constructed my career as a technical sales in materials manufacturer, which had a Chinese factory of a Japanese manufacturer as a business partner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Reason for Entering Our Company<\/h3>\n\n\n\n


I used to work with Ms. Wang at a Japanese manufacturer, who now works as a General Manager in the International Sales Division. She has been a very reliable colleague; when she was new to the company, she managed a 10 million Chinese yuan facility on her own.
I entered this company on her offer and my own will to challenge in the medical field, which I did not have the experience in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Drives Mr. Yu to Work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I studied technology, so I am interested in acquiring new technologies and knowledge. Now, I am analyzing the market size of cardiovascular surgeries in China. It is a new field for me, but that makes me very interested in it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Views in the Future<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My views are: first, to stabilize and expand the sales in China, and next, to challenge in market development of new products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
