As introduced in the program, our company is engaged in high-mix low-volume production.
Changing the processing and assembly methods to flexibly respond to about 100 different small orders every day,
After all, humans can do things faster and without mistakes than machines, and there are many manufacturing processes that are supported by skilled employees.
On the other hand, in order to improve productivity and quality, one of our strengths is that we have been making efforts to promote mechanization as much as possible.
Instead of outsourcing mechanization, in-house engineers are responsible for creating machines for various manufacturing processes from scratch.
The world’s only one product is made with such original manufacturing equipment,
We are often impressed by the visitors to our factory, but
I haven’t been able to send it to the outside of the company…
I want to promote not only our products, but also the technical capabilities of our manufacturing equipment! That’s why I applied for this contest.

Looking at the past award winners, many of them were products that were sold as commercial products,
I was worried that I wondered if it would be possible to win an award for our in-house manufacturing equipment.
Amazingly, I was able to win the encouragement award after a field survey! ! !

The machine that received the award this time was the first machine as a drill machine that automatically supplies and processes materials,
We focused on developing a system that can always supply parts of different sizes to a fixed position, I think it was one of the development points.
The drilling technology for high-strength stainless steel, which was probably one of the points that was evaluated highly where our company’s drill processing technology, which had been handed down for a long time, was put to good use.
It is predicted that manufacturing utilizing technologies such as AI, IoT, and small robots will continue to advance all over the world in the future,
I think it would be wonderful if many high quality products could be made by fusing with the technology that Japanese manufacturing companies have had for a long time.
